Bee Great honey is made with used Heaven Hill and Buffalo Trace bourbon barrels. Freshly emptied and then loaded on their truck and a few hours later filled with delicious Indiana wildflower honey. Bee Great ages it until the flavors develop and the natural sweetness of the corn in the bourbon brings out the aromas and delicate flavors of the honey and American white oak charred barrels.
