Shipping Info

Orders will typically ship out within 2-3 business days of order being placed, with the exception of holidays. *Please allow extra time for shipments to arrive due to COVID-19.*

  • All orders are shipped through UPS.
  • We cannot ship to P.O. boxes. Your shipment may be delayed if a P.O. box is listed.
  • We do not ship on Saturdays, so all orders will be shipped out the following week.

  • Ground: 2-7 Business Days
  • 2nd Day Air: 2 Business Days - Rate calculated at checkout
  • Next Day Air: 1 Business Day - Rate calculated at checkout
  • International Shipping: We only ship to Canada - Rate calculated at checkout

Tracking Information
A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show the location of the package.

Damaged/Broken Items
If your order happened to arrive damaged or broken, please send a picture of your item along with the invoice number (if it was an online order) to We would be happy to send a replacement (if still in stock) or offer a refund. 

Lost/Delayed Shipping
We are not responsible for any package that is lost or delayed once it has left our warehouse. If package shows as delivered but is not visible, check all areas around your house/apt/building and check with neighbors. Then contact UPS directly if your package is still missing upon delivery.
