Orders will typically ship out within 2-3 business days of order being placed, with the exception of holidays. We do not ship on Saturdays, so all orders will be shipped out the following week. *Please allow extra time for shipments to be prepared & shipped due to COVID-19.*

A tracking number is provided in your shipping confirmation email once your order has been processed and fulfilled. Please allow up to 24 hours for the tracking number to show the location of the package.
If your order happened to arrive damaged or broken, please send a picture of your item along with the invoice number (if it was an online order) to email@example.com. We would be happy to send a replacement (if still in stock) or offer a refund.
We are not responsible for any package that is lost or delayed once it has left our warehouse. If package shows as delivered but is not visible, check all areas around your house/apt/building and check with neighbors.
