  • Simply add your items to your cart & select "Store Pickup".
  • Choose your date & time for pickup and begin to checkout.
  • The pickup address will automatically default to the Keeneland Mercantile store address. Input your email address, name & phone number.
  • You will receive an email notification when your order is ready to be picked up. 
  • When you pick up your order, tell the store associate your name & online order confirmation number (i.e. KM1000). Please note, a face mask is required when in the store. 

The pickup windows are Monday - Saturday, 11am - 5pm.

Can't make it during the time you selected or would prefer us to bring your order out to you curbside? No worries. Please call the store at 859-288-4155 or email mercantile@keeneland.com & let us know.
